My Story
Get to Know the Artist
Hi! I’m so happy you’re here. I’m a self-taught artist who has always loved just about anything creative.

In adulthood, I started teaching and working with students through non-profits. During that time, creativity became something I leaned on as an outlet. I started painting in the evenings as a way to wind down and rest. As a Christian, I found those quiet moments helped slow my thoughts and reminded me of God’s goodness.

The more I painted, the more my desire grew to share the joy I was experiencing during early mornings and not-so-late nights with a paintbrush in hand. Slowly, the idea for Yellow Flower Design began to bloom.

I love creating pieces and experiences that celebrate beauty in simplicity, offer joy in seasons of heartache, and create space for stillness in a noisy world. My hope is that as you explore Yellow Flower, you experience a small taste of each of these.
